Understanding Before Intervention
Organizational challenges rarely exist entirely where they first appear.
A performance problem may originate in governance. A leadership concern may be reinforced by the operating model. A sound strategy may fail because the organizational conditions required to execute it have not developed.
Strategic Integrator begins by asking where an issue actually exists, how different parts of the organization are interacting, and what level of understanding is proportionate to the decision being made.
Organizations Across Levels
Strategic Integrator examines organizations across different levels of analysis because the visible symptom and the underlying constraint do not always exist in the same place.

Organizational performance
The purpose is not to move through these levels mechanically. It is to widen or narrow the frame until the organization can see the relationships that matter.

About Christina
Christina Sitaras is an operations and organizational leader whose work has consistently taken place across functions, disciplines, and levels of the organization.
Strategic Integrator grew from a recurring observation across her executive experience: organizational outcomes rarely belong to one function, one decision, or one individual. Understanding them requires looking at the relationships between leadership, operating models, organizational systems, governance, strategy, and performance.
